Return Policy

In the rare and unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your item, we will do what we can to fix the situation provided that you adhere to the following policy:

All requests for return must be made within 5 days of delivery. We will allow returns/refunds at no cost to you for the following reasons only:

  1. damaged or defective item
  2. incorrect item received

Per your request, we will either issue a refund to you or send you a replacement product.

Please note: We do NOT issue credits, partial refunds or any other concessions for damaged or defective items. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund once the damaged or defective item is returned to us. You will not incur any additional costs during this process.


If you are unhappy with your item for any reason other than the two reasons listed above, you may request to return your item for a refund within 5 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in original condition and is still packaged in its original packaging.

To receive your refund, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. In addition, all returns (other than for damaged or incorrect items) will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days AFTER the item is received at our warehouse.

* Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit the actual shipping and handling charges that we incurred to ship your order.


If you are unhappy with your item and would like to request a return or refund, please log your return request VIA EMAIL to service@discountpatiofurniturecovers.com All requests for return will be handled by our customer service department. Please do not return your item unless you have received approval to do so by our customer service department--doing so may slow or void the return process.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the below procedures.

Defective:

  1. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email our customer support staff to assist you with troubleshooting your product before requesting a return.
  2. *Damage caused by accidents, abuse, poor handling, or normal wear and tear. Products which have been subject to unauthorized repair or modification, are all non-returnable.
  3. In the event the problems persist, our support team will authorize a RMA number and issue a return shipping label at no cost to you.
  4. In the event an item is returned and is not defective, or damage is caused because of normal wear and tear; additional repair fees up to 25 % may apply to the order in addition to return shipping fees.
Damaged Items:

If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company. Some items may require product photos for damage claim processing. You will be notified at the time your return is requested whether the merchandise requires damage photos.

Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. All posted prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation:

All orders may be cancelled within 4 HOURS after order placement. Simply submit our customer support ticket for order cancellations and wait for an approval within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after shipment is made are subject to 20% restocking fee and may be subject to additional shipping charges since we have already incurred the expense at this point.

Errors and Omissions:

This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.

Payment Policy:

  1. Sales Tax: Is collected only on orders delivered to Virginia.
  2. Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. This process protects us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices very low. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order & pay by credit card or Paypal online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can mail us a check (contact us for details). Orders that are paid for via check will not be processed until the check has cleared.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell any customer's information to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Discount Patio Furniture Covers. One month after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand that you want to be able to purchase Discount Patio Furniture Covers online and not have to give away your personal information to do so.

Product Safety & Assembly

This Website neither designs, manufactures or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to This Website within 48 Hours. Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product.

Product application must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.

Product Warranty

The manufacturer of all of the items we sell warrants, through us, to the original consumer purchaser, this new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the purchase date. Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the cover at the manufacturer’s option. Simply return the cover to us with a copy of your sales receipt, e-mail address and your daytime phone number, and a customer service representative will quickly contact you upon receipt and inspection of your cover.

If the cover is defective and is not repairable, the cover will be replaced within the first six months.

The sales receipt or invoice establishes both the purchase date and the retail price which will be used to calculate the prorated replacement cost. No returns can be made without a copy of the original sales receipt.

Caution: Damage caused by high winds will not be covered by this warranty! This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or damage caused by improper use. The warranty is also voided if the purchaser modifies the cover in any way.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
